1. Summary
We host email. We do not use the content of your mail for advertising, profiling or sale, and we collect as little other data as we can.
2. Data we process
- Account data: username, hashed password, two-factor settings and plan.
- Mail data: messages and attachments you store, encrypted at rest.
- Operational logs: connection and delivery logs needed to run and secure the service, kept for a short period.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor and kept separate from mail data.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, display advertising, or embed third-party analytics in our websites or webmail.
4. Retention
Mail is retained until you delete it. When an account is closed, mailbox data is deleted after a 30-day grace period. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule.
5. Disclosure
We disclose data only where legally compelled by valid process, and we will notify the affected member where the law allows. Because many messages can be end-to-end encrypted, we may be technically unable to provide their contents.
6. Your rights
You may access, export, correct or delete your data at any time using standard mail tools or by contacting support@itpromail.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies for authenticated webmail. Marketing pages set no cookies.
8. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page and by email to existing members.
