IMAP and SMTP settings

Use an app password (created under Account > Security) rather than your login password for mail clients.

Username is your full address. Authentication method is "normal password" (your app password, sent over TLS).

Verify the connection

openssl s_client -connect imap.itpromail.com:993 -brief

You should see TLSv1.3 and a certificate valid for the hostname.
